Extended Warranty (digital signage)

In addition to the standard 12-months manufacturers warranty, our systems will as standard include extended warranty for years two & three for the main Digital Signage Control Unit (return to base).

Extended Warranty (Display Screens):

In addition to the standard 12-months manufacturers warranty, we will endeavour to secure an extended warranty up to two or three years for the display screens. This may also include an on site ‘swap-out’ warranty which means a manufacturer's authorised service agent / courier will collect the screen within 48-hours from fault report, and return either a replacement screen, or the repaired screen. Note: Please keep original packaging in the eventuality of a fault return.

Support Assistance (first line support & manufacturers second line support as below)

Digital Signage, VoIP, Telephone Systems, MessageTicker & HireVue

FIRST LINE: Our first line support for the digital signage control unit and screen diagnosis via phone (urgent), or email / web request for non-urgent assistance. Includes system diagnostics & free software upgrades.

SECOND LINE: Our first line support facility is backed up by our help-desk which provides higher-level 2nd line technical support. Our second line support aims to reply within four working hours of fault report. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (ex public bank holidays)

Note: Our support facility can help you if you need further advice on the system. If you require us to visit your site for additional training or bespoke layout creation (the majority of users can easily create a new layout with no external assistance), we will be happy to quote on an individual basis (please contact our office for more details).

For support calls or to report a fault, please log fault initially via email first (below) and we will endeavour to return your call within 4-working hours for urgent faults, or 8-working hours for non-urgent faults.
