Call Recording

Record In and Outbound Calls using our Network Based Call Recording Solutions. Inbound calls can be recorded via a Non Geographic Number such as 0800, 0845 or 0870. Calls are recorded and are emailed as MP3 files to a pre-determined email address.

Outbound Calls can also be recorded at network level and emailed as MP3 files with the use of a pre-call access number. This must be used on a per recorded call basis.

Especially useful in the Financial Services or other advisory services sectors.
