Our ‘Real-Time / Statistical’ signage display systems for Call Centres & Help-Desks provides graphical and numerical statistics from most ACD’s and helpdesk applications.
Our LCD / Plasma screen based systems which includes a portfolio of LED wallboards (with 11-colours), allows information from multiple queues to be combined for totals and averages, and communicates scheduled or threshold-triggered motivational messages on the central display screen (with audible alerts or to the user’s desk-top). More importantly, the system status or critical alerts can be combined within our digital signage environment where other content zones can be displayed based on a pre-scheduled layout e.g. RSS news feeds (BBC), scrolling staff motivational messages, images (staff member - congratulation photos), videos, FLASH animations HTML, Sky News (FreeView or IPTV streaming options) etc.
Our other specialty is our stand-alone / multi-site network accessed digital signage system for reception areas, foyers, corridors, call centres, cafeterias, staff-rooms, meeting rooms - to keep your staff informed and to welcome visitors and guests.
