Our Peach Business hosted 'switch-board' facility allows you as a company or individual, to choose from an online selection of 0844 'local rate' numbers - and re-point it to your own land-line phone number (free to you & just a standard local rate call charge for your customer).

Your call will be answered on your behalf by a 'front end' welcome message (which you can change to personalise yourself), and transferred to one of three per-programmed numbers you previously set up to 'call-hunt' for you or your staff. The caller will listen to music-on-hold (genre which you can select) with an occasional comfort message e.g. 'your call is being transferred...thank you for holding'.

When your phone rings, a whisper message reminds you it is a business call and by pressing the * key on your phone - you can then answer it professionally. If its not convenient to talk (or if you are unavailable or on the phone), after trying the other pre-set numbers, the caller will be offered the chance to leave a voicemail message which will then be emailed to you - for free.
